About Us
We created gratitude journal with the intention of helping in suicide prevention and mental health. Journaling and practicing gratitude have always been a tried and true method of positive psychology. We have had our own personal battles with mental health and want to bring light to the importance of mental health.
With that, gratitude journal was born! We have a lot of love for this journal and what it represents. We hope it can find its way too many people and be a source for good.
